Chad Mentuis

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

Chad Mentuis brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the construction industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Beginning as a superintendent, he honed his skills managing accounts for Home Depot Kitchen and Bath with Stan-Co Home Improvement Company. Co-founding Old World Lumber Co in Houston further solidified his position in the field. Serving as Vice President from 2015 to 2019, Chad spearheaded the development of a niche market for antique lumber before transitioning to NW Arkansas as an Estimator at Stronghold LLC, specializing in commercial, masonry, and residential construction projects.

As the Director of Construction at Thrilled Home Builders, Chad leads the construction team with unwavering dedication to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Joining the company as the very first employee under the previous owner, Chad has been instrumental in providing seamless continuity of service. His longstanding commitment ensures that clients consistently receive the excellence they have come to expect from Thrilled Home Builders.

Chad's educational journey includes earning an Associate's degree in Social Science from St Gregory’s University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. As Vice President of Old World Lumber Company, he played a pivotal role in the company's success. Beyond his professional endeavors, Chad finds fulfillment in crafting unique and beautiful homes for clients, fostering the growth of their families. Outside of work, he enjoys driving for his three daughters, who are his pride and joy and finds solace in fishing after a lifelong dedication to soccer.
